A Journey into the Fundamentals of Yoga. A foundational program to teach you how to practice yoga safely, strongly, and effectively. You’ll learn the essential poses and techniques, while still experiencing movement and flow.At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll know the main yoga postures, you’ll know how to breath, and you’ll have a basic understanding of the philosophy behind yoga.

One 60 minute class each week; replays will be added inside the course after each class.
