A Journey into the Fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll know the main yoga postures, you’ll know how to breath, and you’ll have a basic understanding of the philosophy behind yoga. My goal is that at the end of the 8 weeks, you will feel comfortable going to a yoga studio and attending in person classes or continuing your practice at home.

One 60 minute class each week; replays will be added inside the course after each class.
